Creating a Glow Club account is easy: just verify your email address and confirm your Glow Club participation via the confirmation email you'll receive, and your balance will start collecting points from that moment.

Glow Points are rewards you earn through orders, referrals, reviews, your birthday, and subscribing to WhatsApp. 1 Glow Point = €1, and you can redeem them at checkout.

At checkout, you'll see the option to redeem your Glow Points. You can either spend all your points at once or enter a specific amount. We'll then generate a voucher for that value and apply it to your order. If your voucher goes unused, your points are automatically returned.

Points are added to your account when you make a purchase, and we fulfill your order!

Share your personal referral link from your account. When a friend uses it for their first Glow25 order, they get 25% off, and you get 10 Glow Points after their purchase. You can refer up to 15 friends in 12 months. Referrals only count for new Glow25 customers, so links shared with people who already have an account won't trigger the reward.

10 Glow Points land in your account automatically on your birthday, no action needed, as long as your date of birth is on your profile.

After you've received an order, leave a review on any product you bought. Once it's verified and approved, you'll get 2 Glow Points for a text review, or 4 Glow Points if your review includes photos or video. Note you can only leave one rewarded review per product, per customer. You can find a complete list of products to review on your account page.

The points you earned on returned items are removed from your balance automatically, even if you've already used them. For a partial return, the deduction is proportional to the amount returned. If a return puts your balance below zero, you won't lose anything you've already redeemed, but you won't be able to use new points until your balance is back at zero. Any new points you earn will go toward bringing it back up.

You can opt out at any time in your account settings. Your Glow Points will be saved, and if you want to come back, our customer service team can reactivate everything. Points themselves stay with your account: they can't be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used on other shopping platforms.

Points can only be tracked from the moment you register for Glow Club. Unfortunately, we're unable to apply points to your purchase history retroactively. That said, there's one exception: if you register within 7 days of a purchase, you'll receive points for your most recent order. So if you just placed an order and haven't signed up yet, now's a great time to join!
